About the event
Join NSW and Sydney’s top dairy producers at NPM’s inaugural Dairy Day event.
Guest speakers from across Greater Sydney, with over 80 flavoursome crafted
products. This is the place to be for your three servings of daily dairy!
Immerse yourself and truly experience the skills of a dairy farmer, maker or lover.
Learn how to make fetta from scratch by an artisan cheese maker, be taken on a
journey through a cheesemaker’s perspective and be seduced by the possibilities of
goats milk and cheese.
If you’ve ever had a hankering to know more about butter, then spread the culture
with your kids at the ‘Butter Boys’ Challenge. Oli and Seb the up and coming
members of the Pepe Saya team, make their debut at NPM, challenging all children
(5+) to churn better butter than they do!
With Kilner Butter Churners in hand loaded with delicious Country Valley cream, let
the churning commence! You may even be able to butter up Mrs & Mr Pepe to give
you some assistance!
