Promote Your NSW Markets and Fairs through the Local Market Guide

Are you launching a new market or fair in New South Wales that you want to promote to the public? Alternatively, do you manage a longer running market that you want to grow and take to the next level? Either way, if you are involved in the NSW markets and fairs scene, you need to know about Local Market Guide.

What Is the Local Market Guide?

The mission behind Local Market Guide is to present an aggregated and comprehensive of the different markets in NSW. We know that the market scene is growing substantially right now. Simply put, people are getting tired of mass-produced things. They want one-of-a-kind artisan crafts. They want to buy fresh produce directly from the vendor. There’s a reason the whole ‘farm to table’ trend has been flourishing in restaurants, and individual buyers are seeking to adopt that sensibility in their own homes and personal lives.

In this landscape, it’s the perfect time for new markets to flourish and older markets to grow and reach new levels of exposure. We hope that, through Local Market Guide, we will be able to bring extra attention to the many incredible NSW markets out there. We want to take those best-kept secrets and tell the whole world about them. To do that, we need your help!

Help Us Help You: Promote Your NSW Market on Local Market Guide
At Local Market Guide, we like to think that we are very knowledgeable about the market scene throughout NSW. We wouldn’t have started this website if we weren’t extremely passionate about independent markets and the many beautiful, high quality wares they sell. However, we also know that we are not omnipresent. We know that there are new markets and fairs in NSW every week, and we know that even we don’t know all about them.

That’s where you come in. Are you a fair or festival director? A market organiser? A stallholder at a new under-the-radar market? Wherever you land on the spectrum, we’d love to hear from you. If there’s a market that you don’t see on our database page, then shoot us a message and tell us about it. Include a URL to the website or social media page for your calendar, and we will add it to our list. As we said before, we want to create the comprehensive, go-to source for information about markets in NSW. You can help us get there.
We even welcome messages/tips from shoppers! Some of the people who know the most about markets aren’t the people who organise them or sell at them, but the people who research them, find them, explore them and buy at them. If you are a market chaser like us, feel free to send us a few tips about your favourite markets that we may have overlooked.
If you do have tips to share, you can send them to us via our contact page. We look forward to hearing from you and using your information to take Local Market Guide to the next level.
