Rouse Hill Organic Food and Farmers Market

Rouse Hill Town Centre has partnered with Organic Food Markets to deliver a weekly fresh food market every Saturday.

The market features over 30 stalls specialising in organic and conventional fresh fruit and vegetables, free-range farm meat, bread, cakes, eggs, dry goods, flowers, homewares and handicrafts. There are also pony rides and a jumping castle for the kids.

Organic Food Markets have been operating for over 15 years now. Initially the markets were predominantly certified organic produce with many bio-dynamic and other certified organic producers, but over the years public interest in food and markets has grown. On the food side there has been the farmer's market movement, fair trade, food miles and now slow food. On the markets side the social role of markets has expanded, they are the perfect place to meet friends and to indulge in all sorts of goodies whilst listening to music and performers.
